The Canada-Ontario Job Grant is a program designed to provide direct financial support to individual employers who wish to purchase training for their workforce. This would include existing employees, new hires, and pre-employed candidates. The grant covers training costs up to $10,000 for existing employees and $15,000 for verified (unemployed) new hires. All training most be completed before Friday, March 31, 2023.
