"Songs Of Soul" Regent Theatre featured artists:

Gary Beals is a Canadian singer who is best known for being runner up in the first season of Canadian Idol. He is a resident of Cherry Brook, Nova Scotia and named "Best Halifamous Person of 2003" by The Coast, and on Nov 22, 2003, Halifax Regional Municipality celebrated "Gary Beals Day"! His first self-titled album, entered the Canadian album charts at Number 10 and went on to sell over 100,000 copies.

Suzie McNeil burst onto the scene as ROCKSTAR:INXS’ last woman standing in 2005, and has gone on to have an impressive career with 18 Top 20 Canadian radio hits including her single “SuperGirl” which reached gold status.
She’s had countless performances across North America sharing the stage with Sheryl Crow, Dave Navarro, Matt Nathanson, singing backup for Pink, and most recently Aerosmith on their “Peace Out” tour.

Aion Clarke is a singer/songwriter whose blend of pop, soul and big band favourites is establishing him as a force on the International music scene. Aion performed his first solo at the age of 4, and grew up studying a wide variety of music- from R&B/soul to country and folk. He has been singing ever since. With headline performances at The MGM Grand Foxwoods, the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, and by lending his voice to the Young Artists for Haiti campaign, Aion has made his mark as a captivating Canadian entertainer.
