Make spirits bright and merry at An Evening of Lamplight! On Saturday, December 3, from 6 – 8 p.m., the Oshawa Museum will open the doors to our historic homes.
Traditionally Victorian-dressed staff members greet visitors in Henry House, which is lit with oil lamps. The Durham Storytellers will entertain visitors in each house. Looking to share diverse community stories, Robinson House features the exhibits, 'A Carrying Place: Oshawa's Indigenous Story' and 'Leaving Home, Finding Home in Oshawa: Displaced People and Stories of Immigration.'
$5 per person. Historical Society members are free. Tickets available at the door or in advance from Eventbrite.
