We will be honoured to have as attending and participating guests, but not to be limited to; the Whitby Brass Band; Piper Iain Lynch; Wounded Warriors; The Ontario Regiment & Tank Museum; Local, Provincial and Regional Elected Officials; and the Oshawa Stake Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This event is open to all members of the public commencing at 7PM, with the doors opening at 6:30 PM. Seating, other than those designated for our distinqished guests, is free, on a first come basis. Ushers will be available to assist those with special needs. Handicap parking is available on both the east and west sides of the building. Additional parking may be available in the Plaza Parking Lot on the east side of Thornton Road, (south side of Rossland Avenue) or the surrounding side streets. Please adhere to the municipalities' parking by-laws.
Some organizations will have static displays available for the public to view, and volunteers will be available to talk with,regarding their displays in the cultural hall. Finger food will be available following the Concert. Donations are accepted and will be distributed between the supporting participants; the Whitby Brass Band, the Wounded Warriors, and the Ontario Regiment Tank Museum.
